Grid Management is a cloud-based construction management platform designed for commercial and residential contractors. The Service includes project management, proposal and invoice generation, aerial measurement tools, material estimation, financial management, customer portal, e-signature, and related business tools.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service allows you to connect your financial accounts through Plaid, Inc. to import transaction data for bookkeeping and reconciliation purposes. By connecting a financial account, you authorize Grid Management to access and retrieve your financial data through Plaid. You may disconnect at any time. Grid Management is not a bank, financial advisor, or accounting firm.
The Service allows you to connect your QuickBooks Online account through Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization to sync invoices, customers, payments, and other accounting data between Grid Management and QuickBooks. By connecting QuickBooks, you authorize Grid Management to read and write data to your QuickBooks company file as necessary to maintain sync. You may disconnect at any time through Settings → Integrations. Grid Management is not an accounting firm and does not provide tax, audit, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your accounting records.
You retain all ownership rights to the data you input into the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.2+ encryption, AES-256 encryption for data at rest, role-based access controls, and multi-factor authentication.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, upload malicious code, share credentials with unauthorized parties, or store data that violates any applicable law.
Paid features are billed according to the subscription plan you select. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
Certain features are billed based on usage beyond your subscription tier's included allowance: (a) AI-powered features, billed per API token; (b) SMS text notifications, billed per message; (c) file storage, billed per gigabyte per month above your included allocation. Usage is tracked in real-time and visible in your dashboard.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRID MANAGEMENT, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. You may request export or deletion of your data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect.

Grid Management sends SMS text notifications on behalf of contractors to their customers and team members. Messages include project status updates, appointment reminders, invoice and payment notifications, contract signature alerts, and service request notifications.
Consent is collected in two places, and both require entering a phone number and checking a box that is unchecked by default and states the program name, message frequency, that message and data rates may apply, and how to opt out: (a) the public sign-up form at https://roofgrid.app/sms; and (b) the notification settings inside the Grid Management web application, where a team member enables SMS on their own account. Every consent is stored with its timestamp and the verbatim wording shown at the time it was given. No message is sent to a number that has not opted in, and consent to receive text messages is never a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies based on project activity. Typical users receive 1–10 messages per month. Messages are triggered by specific events and are not promotional.
You may opt out at any time by: (a) replying STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, QUIT or END to any message; (b) updating your notification preferences in the app or portal; or (c) contacting support@batchgrid.app. STOP takes effect immediately and is answered with one final confirmation: “Grid Management: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages. Reply START to re-subscribe.” Reply START to re-subscribe.
Reply HELP to any message and you will receive: “Grid Management: Project, invoice and appointment notifications from your contractor. Msg&data rates may apply. Msg frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel. Help: support@batchgrid.app”. You may also contact support@batchgrid.app directly.
Message and data rates may apply. Grid Management does not charge end users for receiving SMS, but standard carrier messaging rates apply per your mobile plan.
Phone numbers are used solely for service-related messages. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. Phone numbers are stored securely and retained only while the account is active.
Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and all major US carriers.
